At bisgaard, we want to ensure the perfect fit for your child's feet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed inside a protective shipping bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
